Fitness Fridays

So this Friday was another milestone, I reached day 200 of running every single day. I have put up a picture of my progress to date. Here's the older picture, see how I was much smaller then 
---> Old Progress Report  <---I have learnt many things on this journey. One very important lesson however is that results don't come overnight. Sometimes you slip up and all yesterday's hard work is wiped away with one unwise decision. The best thing to do is:

  •  Take control of the situation. 
  • Make a conscious decision to make up for time lost
  • Work Twice as hard as before
  • Persist. Persist. Persist.





Set Goals. Achieve Them.
