We're always told by people around us friends, family, colleagues etc that when you get to a certain age it's impossible. You have to become realistic. You can't try and achieve your dreams after a certain age. You're too old or even you're too young to do that. On the 11th of April 2009 a 47 year old Scottish lady took on the music industry by storm. She introduced herself to the audience and judging panel who looked skeptical. As the camera panned the audience everyone looked pessimistic, expecting the worst....
